This place is hit and miss with service. One time the host didn’t seem like he needed business and promptly told us to come back at 9pm (it was 8:30pm). Another time the host/waitress was great and we had a great time. English songs could use some updating but I believe they have most of what people would like to sing.

It's a really great place to do Karaoke. Rooms are nice and mics are good. You can control them easily. Customer service is good, they do last call on foods. Lunch special is awesome, providing food dish, room for 3 hours and a drink for only $12 per person. Afternoon special is same, except no food included. Song selection is good, with official videos for songs, but some songs I couldn't find. Still, awesome deal and my favourite Karaoke place!

Worst customer service ever! Sound system sucks, and you have a min to spend which is fine but when everything you order is unavailable it's pretty disappointing. Food is horrible! I do not recommend at all!

The place is clean, and the price is decent. They will charge a fee of $5 to open a room. The good thing about this karaoke comparing to others is the tips they included is just 10%, unlike some that charges like 13%. The songs are fine, I can find all the Chinese and English songs that I want to sing, expect for Korean songs.

Apparently a couple of the rooms had broken air conditioning and we got the short end of the draw and was placed in one of these rooms... The stupid thing is, there were quite a few free rooms, of which I'm sure the air conditioning would work in. When we complained that the room was too hot, instead of moving us to a room with functioning air conditioning, their solution was to pry the door open to air out the room... The place is otherwise good. Overall great selection of Mandarin songs. Drinks are okay.
