MIX2 KTV & Billiards

Based On KTV! Pros: lots of rooms, great for large groups, pretty cheap, good food deal Neutral: sound Cons: App/controls I personally had a great time and the service was very good. My group arrived around 9pm and for only 15$, were able to stay till 2am (but didn't) plus order an adequate amount of snacks (I think it was 1 free order per person? included with the $15) The three stars were for song accessibility/app, sound, and size of menu. They were all average except for the first one (app) 1) You NEED the app. Its just easier than using the machine. The app's controls, while usable, leaves a lot to be desired. (ex: I tried to search panic at the disco by typing "panic" but it only showed up when I wrote "pa" and scrolled through it. It doesn't take long to learn the controls but it eats up time where as a Help section could've cleared that in less than a second. Its straightforward but I've been to karaoke places with better accessibility) 2) While the sound isn't bad, some might feel it lacks in intensity/bass/quality (some songs) Overall, I wouldn't write it off the map completely. It's a simple KTV that serves its purpose and in the end, my group had a great time. I'd recommend this if you're in the mood for a simpler, inexpensive karaoke session.

Always the best spot to play pool in Markham. No issues with staff, good selection of beers. May need to invest in new pool sticks.

Very good for billard but too noisy for snooker. Good for a group of young people gathering and party.

Disrespectful staff!!! we came to the place to play darts and the receptionist girl gave us already used darts and took the deposit. This is a normal practice as we've been in other similar places before. After couple of games we went to replace the darts, because tips were bended. the girl said that we have to pay for the replacement, so we didn't bother ourselves and kept playing with whatever we had. After few more games the tip of one of the dart anyway got broken. Not to mention, in any other place you will get a new dart or tip, so you can keep playing. However, we were charged 25 cents per tip, because as she said "you broke brend-new tip and you have to replace it. We mentioned that". But she didn't. She also mentioned that it's the policy of their place for customers to replace the damage, and that their place is provided with tips from the darts company (so they are basically free for them). When we asked her to show the rules, the girl just yelled at us that we are not watching our language (we didn't use any swear word BTW!). At that time one of the servers already dressed up and was ready to go home stopped by and started to yell at us that we have to pay. I don't deny, we raised the voice, but still didn't use any inappropriate language. After all they couldn't clearly answer us why we had to pay and called for the security. They kicked us out in the middle of the game, so we lost our money that we payed for it. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECCOMEND TO GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE DISRESPECTED AND RIPPED OFF.
