I had to wait for an hour for a simple bubble tea. I don't think I have ever waited that long in any restaurant. Food was average but definitely not worth the wait

Their loose leaf tea selection is good, although I don't really like my tea sweetened. They will sweeten the tea unless you ask them not to, so if you prefer your tea black like me, make sure to ask them to unsweeten it. Their hours are long and open until late, which attracts a lot of students until the late hours.

The quality at this place has gone down ever since they renovated (and it got more expensive)! $7 for a smoothie and it's not even worth it. The drink had chunks of ice inside it and the pearls were still hard (I'm guessing they were under cooked).

They don't seem to have any fresh fruit slushies. Everything was powder and sugar. Asked if we could combine two flavors together (most bubble tea places do this for us) and we got a no for an answer. Took forever to get our order and this was our third time here (same wait time each time). Don't know if we'll be back - maybe only for a late night bite as they are open pretty late.
