I never get greeted when being in this location. I had three employees today specifically make eye contact and did nothing to acknowledge my presence. As someone who works retail, even a polite smile will do if you're busy or need a moment to complete the task you're working on.

Not as friendly as local credit unions, and nowhere near the interest earned on savings and investments. Look elsewhere.

Great bank normally you will get an overdraft option, sometimes it's very much useful, especially when you are running out of money by a specific reason

horrible customer service. plainly rude. they make you feel like everything is your fault if you're not understanding everything they're saying.

I've been with this branch since childhood. Highly recommended for personal banking. The staff is really helpful and seem to want the best for you. Their mortgage rates seem really competitive. My first mortgage they even had a broker come meet me at my home to discuss things. I've since had line of credits set up, and my mortgage changed a couple times. The experiences are positive. I don't have any experience with any other major banks, but considering how they've treated me I don't see any reason to switch banks.
