If I could rate the company itself I would, but it's not so easy.

I called for assistance because I was asked to put in my income information when applying online for a Master Card (as a student). They told me the problem would go away if I applied for a student card. Surprise! I very quickly found out they were outright wrong, but not before they HUNG UP ON ME. So here I am on hold for another 30m.

BMO who are you hiring for your call centres? Maybe you aren't making money off students, but that doesn't mean you can brush us off. If you keep this up you won't have my business going forward.

horrible customer service i would give no stars if it was an option made me travel to another bank to get a replacement card this morning. never again coming here almost got me to switch banks.

Great customer service in a timely fashion! I went in looking for a quick answer and they went out of their way to ensure I got the answer I came in for but also went out of their way to resolve a small problem of mine that I didn't even think they would be willing to do! I highly recommend this location.
