CIBC Branch with ATM

I've had a generally very good experience here since switching over from TD. Aurora is a great adviser and I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for financial advice. There of course are some tellers who make the odd silly mistake but that will happen in any bank. My positive experience far outweighs any negative ones I have had here. I must say the online banking app is far superior to the TD one as well.

Great location! Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They give me and my wife honest advice and don't try and sell unnecessary products like other banks. They helped us with a plan to buy a house. The manager there even introduced himself. They could have more tellers at peak times but that is understandable

Manager couldnt care less about the customers, extremly slow and poor customer service. Had an issue with my account and instead of dealing with it they put my account on hold for now three weeks with me not being able to use my funds or even my credit card. Ive contacted both the bank, manager, and the custoner service number and none of them know jack about my account. Very stressful. Very unorganized.

I think there are better banks than CIBC. Their system seems down more than it should and their product offerings are inferior in my opinion. However, the person that I deal with (Lauren Ellison) is amazing and keeps me around
