Today I went to this branch with a problem that I was unsure how to handle. I was met upon entering by a gentleman named Michael. He dealt with my needs efficiently and with kindness and made me feel like the most important person/problem in his day. He took the time to explain thoroughly and twice reiterated that it was his pleasure to help. I understand he is moving to the Strasburg Branch....... so those who deal at that branch will be very fortunate! Thank you Michael !!

Staff is always ready to help you out! I was having issue with my cheque deposit on my phone's app and I went to this branch and they helped me with every possible solution. Loved their Service!

Management at this location are desperately under educated about the diversity of people in their community. Make sure to take a happy pill before attempting to do business there. If you are dissatisfied with their service and share your views with management prepare for backlash that lasts. I would rate in the negative but this forum insists on a minimum of one star

Terrible customer service. Before they get your money, they are very polite and accommodating. Once they got your money, they are rude and inconsiderate. Cancellations are a nightmare. Every action requires a branch visit - almost nothing can be done online or via the phone. Avoid this bank like the plague.
