The only thing I din't like is the waiting time. Rest assured, amazing Customer Service !

Location is convenient and very bright with wide open spaces in the interior. I appreciate the parking underneath the building, which is convenient. Customer service is lacking as lineups were long and the tellers don't seem interested in being there or working at a pace to minimize the customer wait time. But maybe its the fact that I went near the end of the day at the end of the month and the tellers were just tired/worn out? Saw someone that appeared to be the branch manager (her name tag said Lisa on it) walking around, but never said hi to any of the customers that were waiting for their appointments or show any positive customer service (most other branches/banks I go to, normally the branch manager will come out and say hi and just "be friendly" to the customers) and seemed visibly angry which isn't a good reflection of the bank.

Great staff and location but charges unnecessarily for service charges even when they can NOT to.
