...always slow.  hate it.  they talk too much and transactions take too long at the teller.  i understand being personable but as for efficiency, its not acceptable.  and what teller chews gum in front of guests nowadays?  too comfortable.

I was trying to open a bank account in Vancouver BC and most banks denied to help me since I am a USA citizen and not  Canadian Citizen, but thank to Christopher Chow the Banker at Lonsdale Ave BMO i was able to open an account and take care of things that I needed. Chris made everything seem easy and explained everything clearly fo us. I strongly suggest him if you need a banker. 😀

This branch is the BEST one I've ever been to for customer service excellence!  The folk here really do care about helping their customers and going the extra mile for us.  
Twice now I have gone to them with what could be considered arbitrary or annoying requests, and the tellers and manager went out of their way finding creative solutions for my problems! I am so impressed!
