Scotiabank

Me and my family have been their loyal customers since we got to Canada 5 years ago and I was happy with their service. But two days ago, in my opinion, I had my worst customer service experience with them ever! I had an appointment to apply for a line of credit. The person was so rude, offensive and humiliating. I've been doing customer service for many years and if I talk to people like this, i get fired right away! They should have serious customer service trainings for their staff!

The Persian Staff lack of basic knowledge of banking, not professional and rude! Went to deposit cash, and it was 80$ Short, and I ask the teller to recount the money, but she Said she already put the money away with bank money, she was blame on me I count it wrong. Omg! Worst experience ever! I lost 80 dollars just trying to deposit it to my bank account!

My recent experience was ridiculous; no customer service or knowledgeable staff available to complete a RESP withdrawal. What should have taken 10 minutes, took over 1 hour, and it has taken over a week and the funds have not been put into my account. I am transferring all of my investments out of Scotiabank because of this incredible incompetence.

Terrible customer service. Staff has no knowledge and too many errors. No one even returns your call. Wont use the branch and not recommend to anyone.

This bank has the worst customer service I've ever experienced! Not only did they not try to resolve my issue, they didn't even bother to return my calls or emails. After 4 days my bank draft still has not been verified.
