RBC Royal Bank

I use RBC because I'm from Gibson's and your limited to what banks are on the coast, with that being said the one in Gibson's is awesome. However I do have a condo in Lower Lonsdale as well for when I am working in town and I am shocked by the way I am treated at this location, one teller specifically is just so unreal. I'm a Power Engineer so making much much much more then a bank teller and for some reason she looks down on my every time and makes withdrawing money so difficult, as if I'm a criminal. Does she just do this to everyone of does she have some sort of bitter against people younger then her and more well off. I'll be sure to get this ladies name next time I go in.....

Ordered both Pound Stirling and Euros (£1,000 and €1,000) last Friday (June 17) was told then by the teller that it would be there the next Thursday. When I went in on Tuesday, I was told that it wouldn't be there until Friday. Today (Friday June 24) when I went in there was no money waiting for me. Not even anything in hand. Not enough £ and no € at all. Thanks RBC for screwing up my travel plans. I've been a customer since I was 13, but I'm going to be looking into taking my business elsewhere.

The individual working here named Richard Graeme is top notch. I cant believe the service from this guy. Recommend this branch above all.

Very nice staff, friendly and helpful. Fairly large space, with several tellers, and thus quick service, with minimal lines.
