They should call this place TD "line up" trust.
With only one or two people working there. Never go there. You should wait forever

Its always a line up and only 2 tellers are there. They work super slow and not too friendly. If I went to barrie and came back it would have been faster!!!!

Went two days in a row. Wait time is at least 15 mins. Even if there was a long lineup there are always only two tellers. Never been to such an inefficient TD location before. If I could rate this zero stars, I would.

I had a very good experience recently with a Financial Advisor named Ryan Austin.  He was extremely knowledgeable,  professional, respectful and his customer service was excellent.   I appreciate that TD Bank has hired employees like Ryan.  Thanks again Ryan!

Other than having to wait in line a little longer than expected (not always though), I found this branch to be super friendly, accommodating and willing to provide the service to meet my needs and circumstances. I have yet to experience an unfavourable or unprofessional visit. Patience is also key in meeting expectations.
