I am so disappointed with the customer service I have received at this branch Bayfield st. . After having some issues being passed around from rep to rep I was finally able to book an appointment with Conner Savage on Aug 26 . Conner was not sure how to proceed with my issue so he called Head office and received some instruction while I was in his office. He also emailed a senior person in CIBC to seek advice . This was near the end of the day so I left waiting for Conner to find the best path forward. On the following Monday I called 3 times Tuesday 2 times and again Thursday 1 time , no answer. The voice message said he was busy but would make sure to call by the end of the day ....nothing and nothing ....no word from Conner...Finally I went to the bank today to see him...He said sorry to busy.... to busy to call you ...Unbelievable to me !!!! 30 sec or 1 minute to call and let me know what's going on !!! leaves me hanging for a week I am sure he wasn't going to call me today either and a very important issue for menAfter being a customer for over 20 yrs I am moving all my banking elsewhere....Is this how you are training the new staff to handle customers ???..
Long wait hours even at their biggest branch in such popular big city barrie. There is only 2 tellers helping customers. Very disappointing
It was my first visit to this branch ..firstly i was disappointed but employee name Hina Khan was really awesome..she really helped us ..will really wish to meet her again
I am very happy left this CIBC Bank in Bayfield.. from the security to front desk and Hannah Khan who have a warmest smile to all customers.. I observed they are all very friendly and above and beyond customer service.. I hope all locations should be like that..
Worst branch in Barrie. 30 people in line, 1 teller open and then a bunch of employees walking around slowly doing nothing. Line moves faster at Wonderland on a sunny day.
