Only RBC I haven't been happy with. Staff are rude and short with you. Needs a serious staff change. I hope a manager will see these reviews and can take the hint. Get your staff in line!

Horrible. Not a single decent, kind, or helpful person there! They are just miserable and bored looking, work slow and look like they don't care. Something as simple as a withdrawal becomes an ordeal with these people.
