I had a fraudulent purchase on my card. Ella was great she helped me out with getting a new card. While we were doing that she helped me open my first credit card. Ella was so helpful and explained the whole process of getting a credit card as I had no clue about it. Ella is really amazing!!

Unfortunately today I was the victim of a very elaborate and convincing fraud case which almost cost me just over $9,000. Fortunately, Ella was able to sense something was off with what I was requesting from my account. This was enough to help me second guess what I had been questioning. Ella, along with the branch manager were very compassionate, supportive and quick acting on the scam situation I was almost a victim of. Thank you ladies, and TD for protecting and valuing your customers, on both a personal and business level.

TD customer service and financial advisor was exceptional. I really appreciated the assistance Sadra my financial advisor gave me. He was very helpful and respectful in helping me open a banking account with TD. I definitely reccomend this branch.

We've had to most wonderful experience at TD Stouffville. In our family our children get their first bank account on their double digit birthday. It was an exciting day for my daughter and she couldn't wait to have her own bank account. I requested an appointment and, George, the Branch Manager called me back the next day. He was determined to make her visit to the bank a memorable one. He was able to book us an appointment on my daughters actual birthday and he arranged some wonderful TD swag for her to go home with. The bank account was created easily and just as we hoped. The best was the birthday card, which was singed by all the TD employees! When my daughter went to the teller for the very first time, everyone knew it was her birthday. It was an amazing experience. Thank you so much for making her trip to the bank to get her first bank account so memorable!

I had an appointment at this branch and when I arrived the doors were locked and lights were off. I thought I must have mistaken my appointment time, but after checking my confirmation email, I confirmed that I had the correct date and time. Its been over 24 hours and I have still not heard back from the bank regarding my appointment. No signs, No phone calls, nothing. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Heads up TD Canada Trust, you don't just get to no-show appointments... you're a bank not a nail salon.
