As a business owner I find that this is the worst branch of Scotiabank that I've ever been to in my entire life. The bank manager is the worst of all. I would never visit this branch again and will definitely be leaving Scotiabank completely because of my very bad experiences at this location. If you want competent staff, then go to TD down the street.
