Extremely slow service. Other bank branches get backup from their FAs when lines get long. Not this location. Been monitoring this situation for a while (2 months) before leaving this review. Branch manager is new I believe and is under trained.

Horrible service, no responsible staff, bought the rrsp mutual fund for around one year with signed papers, the money still stay in my savings account without interest. For my mortgage, they ruined my sister in law promotion rate 1.99% and now we can only got 2.14%, caused us around extra$2000 for the interest.
