Worst bank customer services i have ever received. They don't know their policies either, what they tell you and what you get from their central number contradicts but of course they will say "policies must have changed recently". Don't waste time going here if you need real services

Went through the drive through because I had two kids in the back sleeping. There were four people in two lines when I got there. After waiting 12 minutes it was my turn (one car managed to get in front of me because the other line moved faster.... relatively speaking) When I got up I just had a simple deposit to do (would have used the ATM but I didn't have my card with me) So it should have been super quick, and it still took 4 total minutes and the person next to me was being helped at the same time even though she pulled up as I sent my completed deposit up. Not a big deal if it hadnt already been amount a 15 minute wait. I could hear the lady next to me had the banker fill her deposit out for her. Meaning the banker decided to do her paperwork and transaction at the same time as mine, delaying mine. The most annoying part was I had promised the two kids in the back suckers because they knew we were going to the bank. So when the lady said " I'll get this right out" and quickly moved on to talking to the lady next to me, she must have cut the mic. to me, so she didn't hear my request for suckers..... by the time I got my receipt sent out I was too annoyed and afraid it would take another 15 minutes that I gave up.

The most frustrating experience is to try to talk with some at my local branch. One needs to call the main number and enter your account number and PIN then select an option that does not match with the reason for calling. I finally spoke to someone to ask my simple yes or no question specifically about the MG branch. I was told I would need to hold while she contacted the branch so she could ask. This is about seven minutes from the time I started my call. Not customer friendly.
