Marsha has been the absolute reason we love Americana! She is at the maple grove location & has handled all of our banking needs always pleasant & knowledgeable as well as professional & nice! I know they are a community bank and many times community banks don't receive the same appreciation as the big box banks. Back in the late 2000s, I had a close business associate and client who experienced an unfortunate situation involving this bank and that experience impacted my perspective regarding this bank. I was not impressed with how matters were handled. I don't know how that impacts customer experiences. But I'm just saying!
