Very rustic, cabin feel. The owners were nice and accommodating when we asked for suggestions or needed something in the cabin. We were disappointed with the swimming area it wasn't welcoming for the kids to play, it seem more like a swimming ditch/tunnel with metal sides around it. The beds were awful and really need to be replaced, even the kids complained about them. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids 8 and 4 we stayed in cabin #10, it was very tight quarters with the pull out sofa. We enjoyed our trip to Tawas there are many things to do around the area and we would go back but would stay somewhere else.

Sorry to the owner but the heat does not work in this unit #10 was 56 out side and raining so in side was at 60 to cold for us as we live in AZ not use to the cold any more, still a nice little place to rent, would have gave a 5 if the heat was working

Beautiful view, clean cozy cabins on the lake, shopping and food nearby, playground for kids, picnic tables, outdoor grills, all the amenities, closed patios, fantastic get away
