This hotel is very professional, and they are very friendly. As soon as my mother entered, they welcomed her like they were friends for years. They held the doors open for her, and I recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone! If you are going to book a hotel for your trip to Oscoda, I suggest you come here. The one place I do not recommend going to is the Lakeside Hotel, my entire family got sick from mold and it smelled like horrible mildew. They advertised a pool, hot tub, sauna, and breakfast, yet it all was closed. AmericInn is 100% recommended by me!

Clean rooms. Impeccable staff, always friendly and wanting to help. Pool and sauna area are well kept. Always fresh cookies at the main desk. Continental breakfast with fresh waffles, fruit, yogurt, juices.

We always stay here when we come up. The staff is more than accommodating, the rooms are clean, and you are right on the banks of the Asable river. Really makes you feel good.

Excellent Hotel !!! By far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I was in town on business checked in on April 14th the lady I checked in with whose name unfortunately I forgot was very pleasant to speak with! I got to the room and it was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Comfy bed relaxing recliner, clean cold fridge, hot shower and by far the biggest hitek room I've stayed in. When I went down to use the pool and jacuzzi,  that are the cleanest and well maintained I've ever seen in a motel I spoke with Zach about the area I was buying property in. He was extremely nice and awesome to talk to as well as very informative about the area which was very helpful to me. I woke up the next morning to a amazing continental breakfast with everything you could want. When I came back that afternoon from buisness, I was greeted with warm fresh baked cookies, had another great nights stay and if im ever needing a hotel I willgo out of my way to stay at this one. Great job to the staff and owners of this hotel, I would highly reccomend!!

Very nice hotel room, friendly staff members. Great breakfast and rooms are nice and clean. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
