We ate at a new to us restaurant last night, Taste Kitchen. It did not disappoint. The atmosphere had a cool vibe, service was great, the food was excellent AND we were given fresh silverware and plates between each course! So important. We got a great wine recommendation from our server in a section of the menu we usually don't choose from - light and delicate but it turned out to be a wonderful pairing with the range of foods we had. We will definitely go back and I do recommend it if you're ever in the area! * Summer rolls * Mussels * Seafood bisque * Shrimp and mushroom risotto * Le Orme Italian wine
Such an amazing experience at Taste Kitchen on Valentine’s Day! The food was flavorful and the wine pairings went perfectly with each dinner. Our waiter Alex explained everything in detail which helped and made us look into trying to new wines in the future. The energy was calm and beautifully done/set up! I would definitely recommend this place for special occasions! We will be back! Vegetarian options: The menu seemed to have vegetarian, protein and pescatarian options for each course. I loved the variety and accommodation for a bigger audience of people. Parking: Parking garage right next door, take elevator or stairs down to FedEx lobby and the restaurant is on the right. Dietary restrictions: Waiter asked us if we had restrictions to better accommodate us before selecting dishes.
Ambience is amazing, this is a great place for date night or special occasion as it has great low lighting and calm atmosphere. Went here for my husbands and I 23rd wedding anniversary dinner. Had a nice romantic dinner. Food- Calamari was good. My sea bass was cooked to perfection! Very delicious and highly recommend to get! Portions was good, not too big or small. My husband had the duck and that was cooked good too. Dessert was tasty chocholate bodino square tasted like a soft Kit Kat, very good! Drinks are good as well. Service- was great to and attentive when needed. First time here and will visit again!
I have to admit, I was skeptical. Too often when restaurants try to recreate “ethnic” dishes, they fail miserably. Not so here! I really enjoyed the twist on Shaky beef salad. And the asparagus starter was excellent. There was actually some kick to the hot peppers. Wine was pretty good too!
I really enjoyed the atmosphere, made me feel kind of fancy, with the low candle light, dimming of the room lights and mature menu. Since this was my first time, I got a couple of things as I was craving something along the lines of Asian cuisine. The prices on this menu are a tad higher here but well-deserved servings to make it up to you. The menu does change here so if you do end up loving this place, you can come back and try something new. Here, I tried one of their risottos and their grilled pork entrees. They do not currently sell this specific entrée and or starter, but often have a different spin off. Their entrée came with a hefty amount of pork, fresh rice, and a fried egg. Sounds simple but it was quite delicious. The only thing I would bring up is that the pork served was a little too sweet, but I still thoroughly enjoyed it. I also ordered an old fashioned and I honestly think this is my favorite place for one or maybe the bartender just has the magic touch! Be mindful of parking, it can get busy, and most parking is paid but I think it’s worth the taste and experience.
Unquestionably high quality. Pricey. Solid service. The Vietnamese summer rolls, bouillabaisse, and coffee creme brulee were all delectable. The inside has a fancy, romantic vibe. We elected for the more casual outdoor seating in front of the restaurant.
Shrimp risotto was amazing! Fillet mignon was good really enjoyed the potato cake. Grilled Secreto pork was good but came out pretty cold. We think they just forgot about the fillet because it also took quite a while for food to come out after the appetizer came out relatively quickly. Either way, very good food and service! 9/10.
The food is overpriced. The wagyu pho is a normal pho. You can find it everywhere in the country. The wagyu did not make the pho taste better. For $40 pho, maybe you can do better. The coconut panna cotta is ok, but the red jam does not fit with the dessert.Food: 3/5
The food is amazing, the drinks are fantastic and the service is impeccable. Taste is more than a restaurant, it's an experience that turns into a fond memory which keeps you coming back for more.
The mushroom risotto, foie gras and coconut panna cotta were delicious. The scallops was a little too salty. I felt overall a bit pricey for what we got.
