Hands down the best bar in Ann Arbor. They use fresh ingredients and are constantly adding new drinks to their cocktail menu so you can try something new every visit. They also have an excellent scotch selection.

Kitchen was open pretty late which was nice. However it was quite loud and hard to hear. The drinks were good and strong like good cocktail bars should be. They did let people who were well beyond their limit drunk wise in, which almost made it awkward to watch someone pass out at a table so close and next to you.

Love everything about The Last Word. The space. The food. The staff. The cocktails. And during Covid, the multiple pivots they have made to remain relevant and essential. Great Ann Arbor gem.

Great craft cocktails served in a speakeasy atmosphere. Everything is fresh and tasty. I love the special events here - today a dessert pop up with cocktail pairings, everything Summer ingredients.

Amazing Cocktail Place.... Not only their drinks are good but food is delicious too. I like the idea of having a wide variety of cocktails and a small selected menu for food. Surprisingly good for vegetarians also. Tried their Tofu Buns, its taste is luscious.

Great place..best fries ever with a choice of salts and three sauces; my favorite being honey mustard aoli. Drinks are absolutely delicious, they go down way too easily. If you are in Ann Arbor this is a place you must visit, trust me you will thank me later.

Excellent carryout options that include their signature cocktails, whiskey pours, beer, wine and food.  Their website is super easy to use also.

This place is so cool. Great place to being friends not familiar with the area. Real underground feel.

Great place with fantastic bartenders.  Make sure you try the Manhattan #2 and of course a Last Word!  The folks behind the bar are knowledgeable and can talk about the intricacies of vermouth and specific barrel selections of bourbon and rye.  Highly recommended and not insanely priced either.
