I love Target, but my biggest complaint with this location is that they're always understaffed it seems. If you want to use a regular line to checkout, there's usually only one open. And if you're shopping and need help, it's often difficult to find an employee around to help.nnI do have to say though, they're curbside pickup is very fast. Usually, once I check in on the app, they're outside and have my order loaded within a few minutes. I love that at Target you can come for your order anytime and you don't have to schedule a specific time slot.nnSo, if you're not in a hurry to checkout, shop in store here. If you're going to be in a hurry, order ahead and do curbside pickup.
Luckily I know my way around Target but all the Target stores I've gone to have very mediocre customer service. Nearly no interaction, and when you do ask for help most employees don't know how to engage with customers. Shop at Michaels and you will see how to treat customers. Still love Target...
Went there to pick up few groceries items and must say they are busynnBut they do carry great items for home , kitchen, bath etc and price are not bad at all.nnVery clean store and nice staffnnThey have pizza hut, Starbucks and cvs inside the store.
no respect for employees. No music in the store. ugh. UGH> NO MUSIC IN THE STORE!!!
Customer service has declined through the years and you basically have no other option but to ring yourself out most of the time. Self checkout is grossly over used in this store. For the price of goods, the least they can do is offer up some friendly cashiers.
