Barnes & Noble

This is a pretty location for the area. The store has a nice layout and great gift items. The bathroom was atrocious and the staff had no personality whatsoever. They were rushing us out of the store due to closing soon but then weren’t even at the registers. It’s not bad considering the nearest city, Elmira, is a wasteland. In other cities, even as close as Vestal, the staff are friendlier and the restrooms are clean.

Went to return a gift. They were very helpful and friendly. I always browse the bargain shelves, as I like to save $. Very big selection, and they have a Cafe. I love book stores and libraries.

The store is very clean, organized and welcoming. They always have a large selection of many genres of reading material to select from. It is also very quiet which makes reading more enjoyable.

Their staff is so helpful and friendly. They always have everything I'm looking for. They offer kids storytimes, and also have a Starbucks on site.

Barnes & Noble is like a mini vacation for me. You can step into any world that you choose just by opening a book. The staff was very helpful. I've been looking for a specific book for years. With just a few keystrokes on the computer, they were able to take me right to it. There's a coffeeshop with delectable treats inside the store. You can purchase your book and sit down with a delicious treat reading your new books.
