The only reason for a one-star review is zero is not an option. Went to Best buy in Big flats for a stereo install kit. Walking the door 3 people jump you and you tell them what you're looking for? They send you to stand in a corner in the back of the store. While we get somebody to come help you, nobody comes. You go ask somebody else. Stand here and we'll send somebody back there and nobody comes three times we went through this crap. If they were as good at service as they are jumping you when you walk in the door, it may be worth a visit but I would save yourself the trip and go to benchmark audio on lake Street in Elmira. Well worth the trip. Better equipment. Better service.

Terrible customer service! I recommend shopping elsewhere where you can have any & issues taken care of promptly & not have to make numerous phone calls, being put on hold for several minutes. Also I was given unclaimed promises from either return correspondences to compensation for my troubles.
Auto tech person tried to charge $140 service fee for a free remote start installation citing that Geek Squad and Best Buy are two separate entities when it comes to installations. Verified that this wasn't the case over the phone with the National coordinator and that the installation is free of charge if you purchase your starter through Best Buy. I highly recommend avoiding this location for any vehicle installation because the tech in addition to the manager will try to charge you for the installation.
