Best Buy

Brad spent a good hour with us giving us information so that we could decide on our purchase. When we returned to buy he was not working that shift. Mike took care of us one stop and tonight Pat was our man. All three were fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. Great job, you all are assets to your store. Thanks for a pleasant and satisfying experience.

We purchased a washer/dryer to have delivered to my parents on October 5th. Today is October 20th and Best Buy is rescheduling the installation date. POOR customer service and support. They charged our credit card right away and $139 installation service.

This is a pretty typical best buy. Good selection, decent prices, decent service. Geek squad is hit and miss depending on who you get. They have a few folks who really know their stuff, and some that either don't quite get it or they're still learning.

Geek squad not helpful needed to go to differ person to make a reservation to to talk to squad. Got reservation 15 mins. Then could not replace my laptop as they did not know how to do the paperwork

This is based on my experience with a repair at geek squad. I went here for a cracked iPhone display. My appointment was scheduled for 2 pm. Someone finally got to me at 2:30. When I asked if appointments matter if I will have to wait the same line with people who are walking in, I got the "yes it matters because we can plan" answer. Once the process started they realized that someone else must sign off on it. I was asked to wait until that person becomes available. After another 15 minutes I gave up and left.
