They have great coverage in this area, but will lie straight to your face to make a sale. I had a manager who (her words) has worked there for 13 years, when asked, tell they never do hard credit checks. A few days later, sure enough there was a hard inquiry from att on my credit report. Had another employee tell me it could take 4 weeks to get my switching benefit cards in the mail ($$$ for the 2 phones I traded in). It’s been about 8 weeks now. Still have no money. Could still be like 4 weeks before we get it. I asked specifically about collections and making payments to my previous phone company. A different representative told me directly if I made payments on the account they could not send it to collections. Now my previous phone company is threatening to send me to collections on January 2nd if my $1,100 bill isn’t paid IN FULL. When I try to contact att I’m giving some copy and paste terms and conditions about how it’s my responsibility. That’s fine and all, but maybe then teach your representatives to not lie directly to a customers face saying everything will be fine. And we did ask questions. A lot of questions. We spent 3-5 hours in the att store before making the decision to switch to ensure we wouldn’t get screwed over by doing so. So thanks.

Nice looking store, but the staff is NOT knowledgeable about their products and services. Worked with 3 different people over the years here, and none of them could answer questions correctly. Had to program my own phone, and even had to call customer services because the representative at the store had no idea how to help with an issue that was fixable at the store.
