Tan's Kitchen

Disgusting food! We are all sick next morning. The vegetables were soggy, extremely greasy deep fried stuff (do you even let the grease drip from it before dumping it into the tray??), had clearly been laying around for hours. For all these people saying go to Vancouver for Chinese or this is fine- THIS IS NOT FINE! and if you consider this Western Chinese food this is the lowest quality I have had. Go to the grocery store and get the Chinese from the deli! It is MUCH better! Waiter was very nice.

Fantastic experience. We had the buffet and it was amazing. Lots of selection, really fresh food. The chef keeps coming out to check on the food which is awesome and the severs really really nice to. Place is super clean. Just can't go wrong making a visit to Tan's. There's a reason they have tons of great reviews

Tan's has been our Chinese restaurant of choice since moving to the area. The food is always good and fresh. Pricing in the past has been fair but we thought on the high side of fair. Yesterday we ordered our same 6 items and when I got the to pay and the lady gave me the price I was a little sticker shocked. It was a lot higher than about a month ago. After looking at the new menu vs the old it seems every dish was raised $2.00. We will still buy there but not as many dishes. Too bad.

We eat there at least weekly and utilize their delivery service frequently. Great staff, clean and food is always consistently GOOD. Best Chinese food on the Island. You want better? Go to Vancouver!
