Panago Pizza

Good pizza. Service can be spotty at peak times but generally very good. Nice young people working there. I always order on line - food is usually ready at the stated time. I prefer the Mediterranean veggie.

I don't even want to give them 1 star, but I had too. Don't order from here. After travelling all day, just wanted some dinner. Waiting for over an hour still no pizza, finally called, and apparently they tried to call( they wrote down the wrong number) , then they said that they tried to deliver and nobody in our hotel room, nope ever left our room. Then after about 1 3/4 hour, they wanted to deliver at REGULAR price, no discount. Really!! Customer service sucks. They can keep their pizzas. Don't order from here.

Good food. Walk-in service is a bit slow. Food can make up for that though.

Love the online ordering option. Ordered 3 large pizzas for a business lunch to be delivered the following day at noon. You get an order confirmation right to your email.You can't pre-pay online but that's ok - the driver brings the machine so credit cards, debit cards, or cash are all accepted when delivered. The order arrived right on time, nice and hot, and pizza was delicious. Great service from the Parksville location!
