Absolutely Blown Away!nnStopped in at QF Upstairs in Parksville and I’m still smiling, what a gem! From start to finish, everything was on point. The service was friendly and attentive, the food quality and portions were way beyond expectations, and the prices? Totally reasonable for how much care clearly goes into each dish and drink.nnThe atmosphere was relaxed yet stylish, comfy seating, perfect lighting, and the music added just the right vibe without being too loud. My drink was beautifully done presentation 10/10 and the fries? Crispy, flavourful, and addictive.nnIt’s rare to find a spot that nails every single detail, but this place does. I'll definitely be back.

What an exceptional grocery store. The layout is a little odd to us mainland folks but seems to be consistent with how things roll here. Absolutely impressed with selection, full shelves, clean store, and friendly staff. I'd go as far as saying this is the nicest grocery store I've ever been in.

I love to come here to eat the break fest and the Japanese food.

Great store with lots of variety and sales, but really went for the upstairs lounge/restaurant. Love their elevated lounge area and tap/food list. Fantastic daily value, even more so on their promo days Tuesday - and dollar appies, Wednesday - half price 7.50 wings, and Thursday - even cheaper drinks

Customer service is awful. I'm blown away with how rude everyone was. I got a free kids meal for my toddler. I tried to get a to go container for her food and they refused to give me a to go bag for her left over food. When I spoke to a manager she says they are trying to force people to eat in their restaurant. They dont want people taking the free food to go. She said they are losing too much money on the free meals. I said if people earned the coupon you should honor it. And I shouldn't be forced to sit in the dinning room with my toddler for two hours wile she finishes eating.nnI had to wrap the food in napkins to get on with my day. Shame on you for treating your loyal customers this way. I think I'll start shopping elsewhere.
