Google recommended this cafe and we are sure glad we came here for lunch. We had the kale soup and grilled pulled pork sandwich specials and it was all excellent. We will definitely remember this little gem on our next up Island vacation next year.

Recommend for the sandwich lover. If you have problems with ingredients, ie: onions etc. You will probably have to take them off as sandwiches are made in the AM. Will definitely go back next time I'm in Parksville!

Best food in town!!! The cafe is also great for a quick grab and go snack with a coffee.

Delicious food, fast service, lovely staff. The music was so loud we had a tough time hearing each other talk though. 
I had the turkey cranberry brie panini and really enjoyed it!
