Pizza Pizza

I really liked this restaurant. It was clean, relatively quiet, and the food tasted quite good. Guy at the counter was also very nice. Would definitely recommend.

The local restaurant is fantastic. The call centre is horrible. I spent 15 minutes on the phone with them to order one pizza and the guy had to repeat everything to me a minimum of 4 times and still called me back to ask where to send the pizza to after I’d already told him several times. So frustrating. I then called Dominos and it took 2 minutes to place my order. I feel bad that the local store has to use a call centre. It’s not fair to them they their head office has control over who is their front line and impression on their business.

I just called the local # and they told me I wasn't in there data base so they will not deliver to the Hotel just down the street from them. Told them they just lost business. The guy at the call centre hung up on me! May want to update your data base & hire people that have customer service! I work at a hotel & WILL NOT recommend you at all. You are just up the street me. Thank you for nothing. I went to TOPS PIZZA & got 3 Party pizzas! Your lost.

Use to be a fantastic Pizza Pizza, but has drastically declined. Pizza deals appear to be reflected with skimpy cheese and toppings. Additionally, it would appear cutting pizza is an artform that none of the current employees have mastered. Both of those could be forgiven, but the dough, which use to be light, crisp, and outstanding, is often overcooked, stale, or rock hard.
