Tall Ships Landing Coastal Resort

Stayed at the marina on my boat. The nicest facilities I've ever docked at. Restaurant topside had great views and awesome food. Bathrooms hot tub pool all first class!

The food is very good. Many creative ideas and a good variety. The facility and scenery are simply breath taking. Unfortunately the service is simply terrible. No welcome to Tall Ships. No smiles. You almost feel like they are just going through the motions. Like you are inconveniencing them. This could/should be Brockville's premiere dining facility, but the entire experience is dampened by poor wait staff and service.

It was a good meal, if slightly expensive. Great view of the water and comfortable outside seating.

Restaurant has a very snooty air of being somthing beyond what it is! An establishment of this possible caliber is need of some kind of better management. I have been to many a restaurant well above this establishment, and have never had an issue when inquiring about menu items when a food allergy is concerned. This is not a place to go if you have any questions for the kitchen staff, they will go un answered. Any respectable Chef would communicate with the dinner to try and accomadate, even if it was something as simple as leaving onions out of a salad.
