This Comfort Inn® is set in 'the city of the Thousand Islands,' amidst the beautiful scenery of the St. Lawrence River. The hotel is located near the 1000 Islands Mall, Brockville Memorial Centre arena and St. Lawrence College, Brockville Arts Centre theatre, Highland Golf Club and Brockville Country Club.

Guests of the Comfort Inn Brockville enjoy a long list of free amenities including hot breakfast, coffee, weekday newspaper, local calls and complimentary wireless Internet access. Pets are welcome with a small service fee. Business travellers will appreciate well-lit work areas, voice mail and access to business services.

Great little hotel for the price. Staff were super accommodating and friendly, there was fresh popcorn in the lobby with lemon water and juice, plus freshly baked cookies at bedtime! Our kids were so thrilled to stay here, pool was warm and we had it to ourselves both times we went. Breakfast was great, lots of hot and cold options and a waffle bar. Walk-out rooms are also a plus. Would definetely stay again.
The front desk receptionist Shauna was very welcoming and friendly and made my husband and I feel right at home on July 4th and 5th, 2026. Tina, the breakfast chef was very efficient and kept the supplies and food replenished, and the dining area clean. We were surprised to see a popcorn cart and beverages that were complementary. Cookies were made available, too. Also, the complementary barbeques on Wednesday evenings would attract us, but we were there on a weekend. The room was very comfortable and clean. We will definitely return, hopefully including a Wednesday evening!
We stayed one night here to break up the drive to Quebec and I'm so glad we did! Got a great rest and had a really pleasant experience.nnI didn't know what to expect from Brockville, but it is such a nice little town and this Comfort Inn was truly a comfortable base for us, it felt very cozy and homey. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and welcoming.nnThe room was exactly what we needed at a great price, it had everything including a fridge and microwave. The beds felt very new and had good support for my back without being hard. I slept great.nnI did need an extra blanket as I had a bit of a chill but was not alone in the room and couldn't crank the heat any higher without making other uncomfortable. When we called the desk to ask for the blanket it was to our room in just a couple blankets. I slept so well!nnBreakfast was great as well, a good selection and I really liked the passion orange guava juice they had. I didn't swim but I saw several folks having a good time in the pool. I noticed everything had a very family oriented feel, touches such as a popcorn cart in the lobby and the free barbeque they do once a week for guests, but without feeling like you're at a children's resort. It was just really nice.nnWe will definitely stay here again if we come back through Brockville.
We had a wonderful stay here! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a middle-aged front desk lady who gave off incredible, warm, and positive vibes. There was a brief mix-up where we were initially given the wrong room key for room 215 instead of 217. The room was not fully ready yet, but when the cleaner noticed the miscommunication, she immediately went downstairs to clarify it.nnWithout us even having to ask or walk back down to the lobby, the front desk lady came straight up to us herself with the correct key for 217 and apologized face to face. Later on, when she saw us passing through the ground floor lobby outside her office, she made it a point to apologize one more time. It showed how completely genuine she was and how much she cares about her guests.nnThe great service continued the next morning as well. While we were having breakfast, another staff member kept checking on us to make sure everything was okay without being intrusive at all. Outstanding and proactive hospitality, so we highly recommend this location!
My husband and i stayed for a 2 wk business trip…for the most part everything was great…my only negative is the pool it really needs to be upgraded, the best part was the staff…they were amazing!!! Thx & shout out to the following gals:nTina.Jess, Lori,Shay,Shauna,Arzu, Jennifer,Tabitha & ladt but not least Glenda…Thank yu for being so kind and helpful & making me feel like family keep up the great work & hope to see yu soon!
