A lovely weekend away in an excellent guesthouse in Swanage. A lovely welcome from Claire the owner. The bedroom was comfortable, clean and had all the necessary facilities to make our stay very pleasant. Breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice.Rooms: 5/5

Fantastic stay. Thank you Claire for making us feel so welcome, especially after our late arrival and early departure. Perfect location , beach , train station and restaurants all around the corner , less than 5-7min walk. Gorgeous room, very clean , spacious. Would highly recommend. Thanks also for the suggestions on walks and treats - the chocolate nut caramel biscuits were a hit. Our friends wanted more !!

We stayed in the compact double, but owners had the thought to put chairs and table in cupboard should we need themwe did , to play cards one evening. Everything thought of. Lovely hostsand dog would recommend.

Brilliant location close to beach and town and easy to find. Claire & Chris were so friendly and extremely helpful throughout my stay and certainly went the extra mile to ensure my stay was memorable. Guest House spotlessly clean and fantastic value for money. One of the best stays I’ve had.

Beautiful clean and fresh room. Covid safe stay with an amazing breakfast delivered to the door each morning. The owners were so friendly and helpful, even giving us a toothbrush as one of us had left theirs at home! Had a fabulous time and would definitely recommend.Rooms: 5/5

Friendly and helpful host, who lent us a book of local walks. Within walking distance to Swanage steam railway station, the town with cafés and restaurants and the beach. Clean room, well equipped with tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. Free parking on site. Highly recommended, would definitely return.Rooms: 5/5

Ideal location, very well furnished, comfortable and friendly, with lovely touches. We parked the car and didn't use it again until we left, four nights later. Ideal for train spotters, small town shoppers, eating outers, beach goers, bus trippers and Purbeck walkers.Rooms: 5/5
