We went on the 3-day tour to Canada East with Tiffany as our tour guide. Even though it’s not a lot of time to see all three cities Ottawa, Montreal, and Quebec and done attractions along the way Kingston and Thousand Islands - Tiffany made sure everyone was on a good mood all over, keeping control of the time, engaging in meaningful conversations about all the places, and even a comodato g several small changes to individual schedules - she’s an expert in making sure our trip was memorable and productive! The driver also was flawless and the hotel and stop choices, excellent - we definitely got our best bang for the buck - and some more! Definitely recommend for an exciting trip with lots of activities and not a lot of time! We’ll surely be coming back for more tours!

We just came back from the Turkey 12 days bus tour. A special thanks to Ivan, the tour leader, he is very professional and we were well taken care of. The tour guide is very knowledgeable. The places we visited and the optional tours we joined would be one of the most excellent memories in our life.

I have been to Tai Pan Tour many times , Tiffany Ho is one of the best tour guide . I will definitely give her more than 10 She take care of everyone and the flight was delay for more than 4 hours but she was very patient to explaint the detail for our groups. I went 7 days trips with Tai Pan Tours. 2 in Canada from Toronto to Montreal, Quebec City, Ottawa, 1000 islands and Atlantic City. Very happy with the tours. Very good driver,Ben tour guides , sight seeing , accommodation and the all you can eat stops had many options. Highly recommend this company. Excellent service.

We just returned from a 12 day Turkey Tour and we felt that the itinerary provided a lot of variation. Inclusive of Historical, scenic, shopping and free time We had a large group and our Tour Leader, Ivan did a great job taking care of the group. Very friendly, attentive, humorous and courteous. The local guide was very knowledgeable, passionate and provided a lot of historical information. The driver did an amazing job navigating the tight roads and long distance drives. And of course, an unforgettable Cappadocia Hot Air Balloon ride! Well done tour!

Took my family to a 3 day Ottawa/ Quebec trip, and it was the best trip ever. Tiffany is a wonderful host, she was so warm and welcoming. The driver Jimmy was amazing. Overall, it is worth the money.

Went 4 days US tour Boston, New York and Washington with Ivan, he’s awesome! The tour was fun, enjoyed different amazing scenes at US, love the hotels as well, clean and tidy! The drivers’ driving skills were fantastic, can’t believe they could drive so smoothly at New York City! Overall, the trip was filled of great memories, would highly recommend Taipan for those who are still hesitating!!!! Ivan- the tour guide is very patient, fun and kind to everyone, and open up to different questions! Would definitely go on a trip again with him, and you would definitely be so lucky to having him as your tour guide one day!!!!!

Absolutely Amazing 4 days Tour to Hotel Valcartier. Even departure on Snow day and delay to Hotel but staying 3nights at this 4 stars hotel and Enjoyed outdoor tubing and indoor waterpark at same spot are total worth. Nemo our Tour Guide is very friendly, details oriented, knowledgeable and patient to answer all questions we had. Thanks Nemo and Jimmy our driver did wonderful job to give us Great memory of 2022 Christmas

We joined a three-day tour to Kingston, Ottawa, Quebec and Montreal. The meals and attraction’s arrangements were satisfactorily arranged despite some attractions originally listed on the leaflet were closed. Our tour guide Nemo Tong is helpful, professional and friendly. She took good care of everyone. I left my clothes in a hotel but Nemo helped connect with the hotel the other day in order to get it back. The bus driver Jim is nice and polite, too. I would recommend Tai Pan Tours to others.
