Wonderful Experience with Gala Travels I had the pleasure booking my airline ticket with Fatema. She explained everything to me in detail & all my questions were answered. She even sent me links to check if any Covid related data would change for the country I am going to visit. Fatema is extremely knowledgeable and a gentle kind person. I’d definitely book again with Gala Travels. My experience through the process is a 10/10

They always beat a deal you can find on kayak, google and w.e. Unless you have a secret Facebook group hookup or bearded sugar papi/mami with a G5, Gala will hook you up

Used their service twice. I was extremely satisfied with their service both times. The second time was during peak of the Covid and I had to travel outside Canada and return due to an urgent situation. They literally provided 24/7 service to me since flights kept cancelling. Special mention to Pam for going above and beyond during that time. I have also referred lot of my friends to Gala travels and everyone single one of them were happy with their service.

Recently I had the worst experience ever Used to book all my tickets with them since 2008 when they had professional helpful staff However called them today and they can't be more rude and unprofessional. They provided me with wrong information and never tried to double check because they just wanted to argue without knowing facts Too bad for such a travel agency that has been in business for years to have a bad unprofessional staff

Hectic and crazy morning when Air Canada cancelled our flight to New York. Ended up not so bad thanks to Aazmin! She promptly booked us a flight to New York and was very efficient. Thank you!

My first call with gala travel agent was not exceptional. The agent gave me same info what I saw on website, infact offered discount after when I pointed out that ur website gives discount.  Anyways, after reading people's reviews I noticed that people are admiring the customer service of Afshan Qureshi. Thanks to gala directory. I got Afshan's extension from there. And realized that no doubt why she had such good reviews. She was friendly, professional, and helpful. Although, I did my homework finding best and reasonable Price for flight. But still asked her if she could find me flight on different day with similar price. Honestly, she patiently went through all the flight optionsunlike other agent who was in rush to hang up the phone  I was explained about the service charges/penalties  on changing ticket dates/cancellation.  The experience of buying tickets was quite smooth. And I will update my post after returning back.  Recommendation: If you calling gala for any service, search in directory for Afshan Qureshi2nd name in directory list
