The travel agent made a mistake when booking the airline tickets. In the end, they are asking my to pay for the price!!! Even though I have been a long time customer, but this will be my last time to deal with them. The travel agent insisted that it was my mistake that I did not verify the information, but I never received the confirmation email to begin with!!!! All I had was an invoice and strangely formatted E-Ticket. Very Disappointed...

Gave the best price for my air tickets and vacation packages. Service is professional and courteous. Convenient and took all the trouble out of browsing for the best itinerary.
