I booked the Ottawa, Montreal & Quebec tour for my mom and I - it was our first time going around Canada since the pandemic. We absolutely enjoyed it! Ben, our guide, was excellent, very patient and clearly knew a lot about the different places. The coach driver, Jim, drove really well and carefully. The places we visited were beautiful and we were really lucky with the weather! Would definitely recommend going on this tour with Ben and NGH Tours.

I recently did the 4-Day Boston, New York, Washington DC tour from Toronto with Take tour and NGH tour. My Tour guide was Dainel To and He was very knowledge, Funny, Friendly, Helpful, responsive and very kind person. Tour was well planned and amazing and We enjoyed it lot. All the Hotel booking Hilton, Hyatt Marriott Sheraton was really awesome. This trip was worth spending and I would recommend to go for it.

Don’t join the 5 days Rocky Mountain tour, the hotel room the booked is always the worst room in the hotel, which is very disappointed. Really sucks!!!

Asked about booked cruise in light of the hurricane Irma situation, lady working there was rude and impatient. Did not want to help and I have 6 seniors booked for this trip.

This tours is very helpful to me,they are so patient to explain the details and always help me get the good price of the tickets.

I would like to borrow a chair to feed my baby. The customer service rep refused!! So disappointed!!
