I love this place! I love the concept of the taco time cantina but even better is the fresh food that is prepared right in front of you by a skilled team of super friendly professionals! Great taste great food great experience! It’s too bad that the pandemic is still raging otherwise I’d sit in here and have a few beers while enjoy the great flavours and the great food served here, regardless take out it is but the pricing is very good and the do have specials like taco Tuesday etc. What a great deal! I can hardly wait to come back and get some more fantastic food!
Only one star because I can't give negative. Ordered a beef and cheese burrito with sour cream to go and when I got it home to eat it was cold had lettuce and tomato on it that was not requested and not on the description on the menu, no sour cream and the cheese not melted. When I called to let them know I did not receive an apology or an offer to make amends and when I received no customer service told the staff member I would never be returning to which I was told to have a nice night.
One of our favourite places. Great service good Mexican food. We always seem to order the same thing; Taco salad with beef and ranch dressing. Wonderful!
I mainly eat tacos here but i recently tried more things and their food is delicous, a couple years ago though i got food poisoning from eating here a while back, they have probably gotten better. My main problem with this place is that i think it is a bit understaffed and food takes pretty long to make. The atmosphere is nice with warm lights that arent too bright, some cactuses and a display window to see your food being made.
The service was terrible, nothing was set up and it was lunch time on a Saturday. We had to wait 5 minutes for them to prepare hard shell tacos only for them to forget to start cooking the mexi-fries. Sadly this is the only taco time in Kelowna so there isn't anywhere else to fill the taco craving

This location is clean and the staff are friendly. They were busy when we went in to eat and they provided the food as soon as it was ready. All around, a great experience. Kid-friendliness: They have a kids' meal which contained a page to color.
I recently visited TacoTime in Kelowna and was blown away by the quality of the food. I ordered the no-dairy veggie burrito and it was delicious! The pinto beans, Mexican rice, lettuce, salsa fresca, guacamole and green hot sauce all blended together perfectly in a whole wheat tortilla. The staff was extremely friendly and the fact that the food was prepared right in front of me added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone visiting Kelowna and I know I will be back every time I'm in town.
Total lack of interest in making my buritos. Just made them to their liking and left them under the light for someone else to deal with. Won’t be back.
Worst food I’ve ever had. Fries were freezer burnt and tasted like cardboard. Burrito felt like mush. Would not recommend
