Terrible!!!, First impression counts a lot, specially in food service. Nice pics of food but the service from owner or manager very despicable, and the first think he asked was the tip!!!! Before service!!!!. I will never back again but I have to review two positive points: 1 good taste of food 2 a very polite server from Guadalajara in the team. Sadly, people lose the hearts to rule business in the way because the product is good and it doesn't matter competition because you are unique, but that is a very big mistake. Portions are normally, maybe a big guy will need to select more than one order.
We decided to get lunch at Latin Fiesta Mexican Restaurant before heading out to a few wineries. It’s a Mexican/Salvadorian restaurant. - Enchilada platter $15.00 - we opted for the beef and green sauce tomatillo. Nice that they offer the option to get both sauces red and green. Plenty of sauce given and the tomatillo came through. The ground beef was nicely seasoned. - 3x Classic tacos $4.00 each - we tried one asada, pastor and carnita. The pastor was our favourite. Most surprising thing was their homemade salsa. Really elevated the tacos to another level. Good Mexican food is hard to find but we enjoyed our meal at Latin Festival. Will have to try the pupusas and tamales next time. 3.5 stars.
The food is ok, but nothing special to be a Latin place. Also, they didn't have anything spicy, they gave me a spicy sauce, but it was more kind of tomato sauce‍ it was my first time in this place. They didn't have all that the menu said, also busy, so I'm not sure if the quality of the food was always the same, but we ordered tacos and burritos, and everything was plain! This place is more tex-Latin food.
Real authentic Mexican, South & Central America food. I haven’t been there in a while but am itching to go back. My mum is always talking about the food and how she misses her home country. It’s a little taste of memories and it’s all good! It’s clean and fast service. I love how they are a small family run business because the quality of food remains consistent. So much variety and is a friendly atmosphere. They speak English & Spanish which is great too!
Ordered through Doordash, it was right on time and right! Chicken enchiladas, and pupusa. They were both delicious. Sauces that came were on point and elevated the dishes. Thank you for the great dinner
Stopped in for a quick lunch. There were four tables available for outdoor patio dining which was great as indoor dining was closed due to CoVid. We had the traditional carnitas tacos with a side of beans and rice. Very tasty tacos, but we found the rice and beans to be a bit lacklustre. Service was very friendly and quick, and prices were good, Looking forward to our next visit.
- Old Menu’s on the website that reflects their previous prices - we drove 40 minutes based on those info - Extremely Rude & Unprofessional staff - Not dog friendly: Was yelled to get out and sit outside as we had a small dog with ourselves with temperature being almost at 40, NO SUN SHADE - they did not even bring a bowl of water for poor animal. I do understand restaurant might not be pet friendly however that approach and attitude is not professional and acceptable towards customers under at no circumstances. - We waited and waited for our order under that boiling weather and food beeper wasn’t even working and I ended up going back a few times to check on our order. - Poor & cheap food quality : after the above unpleasant experience my entire family ended up having stomachache and diarrhea after eating the meals in this restaurant which ruined our holiday and the few days after that we were in Kelowna and had to make a trip to pharmacy to buy medications for the food poisoning their food has caused us. - Management & owners did not take responsibility after I contacted them multiple times DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME & HEALTH AT THIS PLACE.
Great food if you are expecting to eat Tex Mex. Wide range of Tex Mex options and vegetarian friendly menu. However, it wouldn't be the perfect place for authentic mexican food.
My Mom and I ordered nachos and noticed there was hardly any cheese so I showed them. To solve the problem they put more cheese, but melted it in the microwave, over top of tomatoes and sour cream. They served it back to us if that was acceptable. Didn’t apologize or even give us eye contact. When I said we were going to eat that, she took them away. They apologize. They didn’t fix the problem, they didn’t even acknowledge us and my poor mom got nothing in return for the money spent. It’s horrible customer service. Honestly, it didn’t have to be an issue but the way they handled it was made it an issue. It was very disappointing & a waste of money. It may be good sometimes but I wouldn’t go back. Tons of other places to go where they actual respect their customers.
I loved their food. I would totally go back again. They have lots of parking. Sitting space is limited. Very freindly staff and well organized restaurant.
