I love this place! I love the concept of the taco time cantina but even better is the fresh food that is prepared right in front of you by a skilled team of super friendly professionals! Great taste great food great experience! It’s too bad that the pandemic is still raging otherwise I’d sit in here and have a few beers while enjoy the great flavours and the great food served here, regardless take out it is but the pricing is very good and the do have specials like taco Tuesday etc. What a great deal! I can hardly wait to come back and get some more fantastic food!
Waited half an hour for a crunch wrap and a burrito on a Monday evening, having to tell my order to 3 different people in the process, and orders of the people behind me were handed out before mine was finished. Zero communication between staff, very awkward ambiance, and the floors and counters were sticky. My partners food was cold before I received mine. Seemed like online orders may have been hindering the in-store service. The wrap fell apart while I was eating it, very soggy on the bottom and not properly sealed. Likely won't be back, there's a few other "Mexican" options in the area. Consider trying those instead.
I mainly eat tacos here but i recently tried more things and their food is delicous, a couple years ago though i got food poisoning from eating here a while back, they have probably gotten better. My main problem with this place is that i think it is a bit understaffed and food takes pretty long to make. The atmosphere is nice with warm lights that arent too bright, some cactuses and a display window to see your food being made.
The service was terrible, nothing was set up and it was lunch time on a Saturday. We had to wait 5 minutes for them to prepare hard shell tacos only for them to forget to start cooking the mexi-fries. Sadly this is the only taco time in Kelowna so there isn't anywhere else to fill the taco craving

This location is clean and the staff are friendly. They were busy when we went in to eat and they provided the food as soon as it was ready. All around, a great experience. Kid-friendliness: They have a kids' meal which contained a page to color.
They have redone the menu, it's ok. I like the old one more...there really should be nacos on the menu..lol! Open environment, clean, a bit understaffed.
An old fave of mine, love the tots and hot sauce !! Friendly staff, great service, order was right every time. Covid protocols were followed, clean inside. Very small inside but you can grab an adult beverage with your burrito !! The chunky guac is good also
I recently visited this location. After paying for my bill I noticed that I was charged %10 more than the price displayed on the billboard. When I asked the staff about why the price was not the same as posted on the billboard, they wouldn't give me a straight answer. They told me it was tax, even though there was another line for tax right below the total. They then said oh it's PST, even though PST is not charged on food. The staff was completely rude and dismissive to me. The supervisor did take down my number and told me that the owner would call me to clarify. Of course there hasn't been a return call. I'm curious to how many other people are paying above advertised price without even realizing it.
Helpful, friendly staff - the food is excellent- the recipe for the regular hot sauce has changed too hot for us now. Enjoyed Taco’s for 20 plus years.
