One of the staff there (Won't mention who) can be extremely rude, passive aggressive, bi-polar, schizophrenic, whatever you want to call it.  The other staff are great (very helpful), just the one in particular seems like he's always having a bad day or has a stick up his a**.     Great store overall for a mall location.  Might want to re-consider that one member or show him what customer service looks like.

Good service, lots of selection. A bit pricey, but the staff and atmosphere make it worth it. Also happy to see a lot of video game merch here! It's difficult to leave without buying dice. 

Amber is my favorite staffer - her comics knowledge is incredible, and she gives great recommendations. Will definitely come here again.

Hearing impaired?  No problem!

This gaming and graphic novel store has a wide array of product.  It's well laid out, bright, clean, and easy to navigate.  The prices are, as others have mentioned, a bit on the high side.  I really must commend the initiative of at least one of the staff members, who has taken it upon herself to learn ASL (American Sign Language), to better assist their hearing impaired clients.

The staff are the best I've encountered in a game/comic shop, Jessica is a star. They are always friendly and helpful, even while super busy. Great play space with friendly people playing. Always have what I'm looking for. The staff are all

Great store with an amazing friendly atmosphere. Staff is very friendly and eager to help you with anything, even if its a product they do not have they will do their best to help you find where to get it. Great selection of products and easy to get to with them being in Lougheed mall, would recommend!
