One of the few remaining stores like this. Good selection and service. Sometimes you don't want to order online and this place is perfect.

The owners of this company are fake and self-conceited. The manager in the main warehouse store (in South Surrey) is a piece of work. I used to be a regular and I saw the way she treated a lot of her employees, and how she would try to make examples of them in front of customers, especially if she did things wrong. And boy, that store is so disorganized, just like that manager—she is all over the place and doesn't even know what she's talking about. I don't know why nobody writes reviews, but I know people that refuse to go here because of the "fakey" and holier than thou attitude. Other than their books on sale it's not worth it to come here. I've never personally been to the New West location but I've been to the others on numerous occasions and found the experience to be consistent with the exception of the North Vancouver location.
