Syros Pizza Spaghetti & Steak House

I took a chance and ordered from here for the first time and was very dissapointed. The Spaghetti and meatballs was digusting. The noodles were soggy, the meatballd had no flavor and the sauce was not good at all! The best part of the meal was the side of garlic bread. After 1 bite i tossed the whole plate in the trash. Won't be trying again and sorry i wasted my time and money.

This was one of my very favorite Restaurants my whole life and have ordered here dozens of times. The food and Service is no where near the Quality it was with the original Owners. Hard to live up to I guess but It will probably take many years of practice to come close. The sauce still tasted Delicious but the lasagna was overcooked and there was no sauce in the layers just on top. I also didn't get what I ordered but when I called about it they said I got what their computer said so it was right... Hopefully some time and practice will allow them to give a better experience.

Wow!!! Very friendly service from the moment we walked in.... Ordered Ceasar Salad and Baked Lasagna to go!! Salad was fresh, crisp, lots of croutons and cheese and basically overflowing the container!! The Lasagna was hot and the sauce was super tasty!! First time trying Syros, but definitely not the last!! It is a bit more expensive than other places to buy baked pasta, but I find the flavor, freshness, and overall experience worth it! Fantastic job!!

Have lived in Kamloops almost 50yrs, very nostalgic going to Syros for their always consistent tradition of lasagna and meat sauce. Haven’t been in awhile and was very disappointed last night. The sauce was NOT the same. Will not go again!

We took a gamble on ordering here tonight and we’re very dissatisfied with the food for the price we paid. We ordered a 13” Hawaiian and lasagna w/ meat sauce as well as fries and a Caesar salad, came to $80 with a 15% tip and the pizza was undercooked/completely fell apart as there was a lack of dough in the center of the pizza, lasagna had an off taste for lasagna and fries and salad were large portions which were nice and salad was alright I suppose, wouldn’t spend my money here again sorry for the rough review

Absolutely one of the worst meals I have experienced. Been going to this restaurant for a couple of decades. The new owners are not carrying the tradition. My pizza was burnt and our spaghetti and lasagna was soaked. Less than satisfactory. I understand there is new owners but they aren’t even coming close to the past

Really disappointed with our pizzas tonight. First we got stuffed crust when we didn't order it, we usually love how crispy the cust they have is...and second I don't think it was properly cooked. The bottom crust was ripping off on the parchment paper. The kids wouldn't even eat..and that's saying somethingas they love pizza. We have never had a problem eating in, this was our first time having it delivered, and was very underwhelmed.

I was very disappointed in my food, I feel that because we ordered take out and delivery our order did not hold up to in dining standard. My fettuccine noodles were soggy and tasteless, my daughters potatoes raw and her rice was very salty. I will not order from here again.

We have ordered a few times from there in the past year. Meat sauce, is so good as is the ravioli. Decided to try the fettuccine alfredo. Was so salty, could not eat it, very disappointing and I was not in a position to take back. I understand COVID messed stuff up, but the interior when I went to pick up could use some love. Even for just take out. Was not a place I would be eager to order and pick up again.

We ordered for delivery, but not able to until 7:30. So I ordered for Pickup. That’s when I found out new owners. We loved Syros, we were regulars before the pandemic. The Food wasn’t the same, it was less than okay, calamari was chewy, and the Greek salad was mostly Onions, not even Red. Too bad, but I wish Gus and his Family all the Best..... Extremely hard workers. I did see the older gentleman still there though
