Red swan pizza

I have tried their pizzas multiple times now, and I can vouch for the flavour, the freshness of toppings, quality and timely preparation. The girl at the front counter is cordial and polite. Thin crust, cauliflower crust and even the regular crust, it is all delicious.

Red Swan has become my favorite place to order from when I want good quality pizza with good quality toppings. I love their thin crust option...it's thin yet cooked so it's still tender and not hard or crunchy like overdone toast. Even leftovers reheat nicely. Tried the Gourmet Swan bundle which came with breadsticks and wings and was pleasantly surprised. The breadsticks were anything but ordinary and not dry like I've had from other places, they were topped with enough cheese to give it flavour and the marinara sauce was delicious too. The wings were also another surprise as they were done in a nice, flavourful coating that was so good, I forgot about the honey garlic sauce I ordered with them. If they keep putting out such delicious pies and food, I'll keep ordering when I want an above ordinary pizza.

They messed up my order and refused to taken responsibility for it and replace my food. The employee I spoke to was very abrupt and rude and told me the mess up was my fault. But my emailed receipt did not state what he said I had ordered. Worst customer service. Will not be going back Just got a call back from the owner the day after he was very apologetic for the experience I had and offered to deliver pizza to us tonight!!! I asked if we could do it on a different day he said not a problem!! We will be returning for sure. He even asked for all the details so he could be sure to coach his staff.

It's my first time trying Red Swan Pizza and I must say I'm quite pleased with the taste and quality. I've ordered Greek and Beef Taco both are great. The crust are also amazing with that roasted sesame flavor. Definitely will be back for more. I've ordered takeout via their website, wait time was around 20min, it was ready when I got there.

We ordered a large ordered and were ripped off !! Our group wanted xl pizzas a salad a dessert and drinks and skip delivery only gave us a small and a medium pizza .. no one would own up and reimburse or give us proper order. Disappointed not ordering from there again

Brought home Red Swan pizza, we wanted to try it. Good presentation. Nice amount of toppings and spacing was good. Traditional crust wasn't greasy and not super thick, no bubbling, sauce was good and not overpowering. Nice tasting bacon and the beef was ground so it tasted pretty good. We just got the bacon and beef. BUT huge downside was that they put sesame seeds on the outer of the crust which left a bad taste in the end.

Pizza was very good but price on the menu is less and price they told me 2$ more they should have the right price on the menu I order veg pizza order number 14 menu says 22.95$ but they harged me 26 $ plus some cents

Well, it's okay....that's about it. I've never seen a pizza that looks as different from the pictures on the menu as this pizza. Look at the pictures I uploaded of the Greek for example. I feel like their oven is turned up too high as all the pizzas come out looking like the same brown circle. The dough is also not put together properly and 2 of my 3 pizzas wanted to "de-laminate" for lack of better word. They also were not cut properly so we had to rip the slices off of it. We asked to substitute green pepper for tomatoes, they did not do it. The pizza is also very thin and the toppings cut very small so you don't get different tastes and flavors.

Very good pizza! Got the tuscan and classic roman with regular crust and both are amazing. Came exactly when they said it would but only gave 4 stars cause it wasn't very warm when it got here

Great service and quality for the price. Red Swan offers many good deals and combos, as well as a wide range of specialty pizzas. There was a small issue with our delivery but the manager quickly made up for it with a larger pizza and a coupon for our next visit, above and beyond. I especially liked the wings, perfectly crispy with great dipping sauce. It’s about as good as you can get for affordable delivery pizza and appetizers
