Eating Clean NEVER tasted SO GOOD!!! This place is boss & seriously one of the best places for healthy eating options when on the go in Kamloops. Kamloops is lucky to have Eat Clean to serve them fresh, healthy food! We were super impressed the moment we walked through the doors. It’s easy to get to & located in a great area. Perfect spot to grab & go or sit inside with modern, beautiful decor. Also a couple areas out front with a lovely mountain view. Extremely well priced, especially considering the clean ingredients being used! Our girls enjoyed their strawberry banana smoothies, my husband could not get over how good his peanut butter smoothie went down & I tried the bbq chicken pineapple wrap; WOW! The flavour profiles were spot on & complimented each other so well. I am happy they carry my favourite energy drink too; Bang Energy. They carry flavours I haven’t tried before, such a clean drink & so yummy! The establishment was very clean & they are extremely COVID conscious. Clean, tidy, well organized. Staff is beyond kind & definitely helpful! They do provide meals via Skip the Dishes but honestly, if you are in the area, stop by & check them out for yourself! Thank you for your clean eats.

I love this place. Great vegan and vegetarian options. Service is friendly and fast, even during the lunch rush. Vegetarian options: Lots of great vegan and vegetarian options. Most dishes are customizable!
Delicious and nutritious, so many vegan options! Best sandwich of my life BBQ tofu panini, our pizza had generous portions of toppings, and the cowboy cookies were cookie perfection. Friendly staff.
The breakfast burrito is so good....we've had it 3 days in a row now. The taco bowl is top shelf as well. A true hidden gem in Kamloops. Support local. Eat in or pickup
We love to eat here! The food is amazing and a great healthy alternative when we don’t feel like cooking at home. It’s also awesome that they have gluten free treats. The owner and staff have always been super friendly. I highly recommend them.
Absolutely love this place and their meals! Protein waffles, egg bites, shakes, bowls or wraps - everything is absolutely delicious! Great view by the window, very nice staff, cleanliness and professionalism - everything deserves 5 stars! Thank you for your work! I am super happy we have you in Kamloops!
Wow! What a great place! I didn't know about this place and if you don't, you need to try it. Tasty menu items, wonderful store, food, and an overall great experience! Will definitely be back
One of our favourite places for a healthy breakfast or lunch! Their meals so delicious that it is hard believe they are healthy Staff is always helpful, professional and kind. They go above and beyond for their customers, and always listening for you needs. Free wifi, great place to work or study. Highly recommend to everyone who is looking for a clean place to eat a healthy meal or have a cup of coffee with a protein snack.
I have eaten here even though they have limited parking but will no longer eat here anymore because of the owners driving while making deliveries. I can't support a business that acts so mindless and inappropriately. Driving is a privilege, we share the road and everyone should be treated with respect. Watching the owner repeatedly operate a vehicle terribly , making one poor choice after another on numerous occasions is just not a business I can ethically support. It appears she knows she is doing wrong and doesn't care and smirks. If I ever see or experience this again I will be making a police report. It is also against the law to use your phone while driving. Remember this when you drive around with your company name on your vehicle.
