I visited this spa for the first time and had the pleasure of working with Becca as she came highly recommended. I ended up getting highlights (balayage style) as well as a cut. I love the color of my hair and the way it looks. It was a very pleasant experience with an amazing atmosphere.

Nasty customer service when you call !!! too bad for me that the recommended hairdresser is working at that nasty place otherwise It would be it for me . Spoke to them twice and each time I have had the same experience !!!! I think that they don't want to have new clients .

Called today to book an appointment with a hair stylist as I'm new to the Orleans area. I was speaking with someone at reception who had the worst customer service skills, and sounded very snobby! I had said that I'm looking for a cut and balayage and she said I would need to come in for a consultation first. In all my years of getting my hair done I've never been asked for a consult. I have always just done a consult on our first appointment and get right to it. She insisted in order to get the availability for the stylist that I come in for a consult. I told her based on my hair length, and thickness plus work that has previously been done to it from a different stylist in that past that I know it takes no more than 3 hours. I've never had it take more than that so I asked her to tell me when the stylist had an opening for that timeframe - she blatantly refused and said I must come in for a consult. I don't want to go in for a consult and then have to only find out that the stylist is booked for the next month and I need something done within the next week. I'm not going to waste my time! She interrupted me twice and was very rude. Her tone was completely unprofessional. For that reason alone I will not be giving my business here. Client happiness starts from the first point of contact! There are many stylists around the city that can do balayage, and have excellent, friendly service!

Excellent service each time ivecbern there whether for waxing or pedicures! So much better than the strip mall salons!
