The staff are so kind and caring about my sensitive skin. They asked me many questions about how I want my brows to be shaped and if the wax was to hot. I love coming here because the staff likes to get to know you personally and caters to your every need. I highly recommend coming here to get your eyebrows waxed.

Always get great service at the Place d'Orléans location. Myself, my daughter and her bridal party all had our makeup done on July 29th and everyone looked fantastic! Special thank you to Brianna who always delivers!

Was very skeptical at first, the young lady at Place d'Orleans Center was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the products. I had a facial done with brow re- shaping. Very satisfied. I eventually went to all stores in the Ottawa area. All staff were complete professional. Service was great. I do not live near the area I must drive 90 mins. Perhaps putting a Caryl Baker Visage in the Pembroke, Ontario area would be a wonderful idea. 5 stars for this company and the staff. ~Lauralee~

Best place to get ur brows done in town! For the past couple of years I have been going to get my brows done by Bryanna. Since then I swear by her.

I had set up my appointments with the Orleans location for myself and 2 of my friends for a wedding. Everyone who was involved did such a fantastic job and were incredibly knowledgeable about the products and gave excellent advice and recommendations on how to fit our makeup styles with the theme, but in a super modern way. The bride looked absolutely gorgeous and was so happy with the results. We all got a ton of compliments. With their "buy $55 worth of products and get a free makeup application" promo, I purchased their CC cream, finishing spray and this gorgeous bright red lip stain. This is my second day using the CC cream and I am in love. It is super light and gives fantastic coverage without having to slather a ton of product on. I am also in love with the red lipstick and have found a new signature colour.
