Ottawa MediSPA Orleans

Nice environment for sure and friendly staff. I went in for waxing service but she missed a few spots on my legs and I'll have to get it touched up elsewhere. Also, price was a bit more at the cash than the online ($20 extra) but I still paid and tipped because they were nice. Wouldn't recommend their waxing service if you care about a thorough job.

Julie P. is the most professional, amazing and trustworthy person! She is the only person i trust with my face or eyebrows. As soon as i walked into the clinic i got nothing but amazing vibes from all the staff, Receptionists were so warm and happy, Julie came out and walked me to the back room, explain everything she was about to do. i highly recommend this Spa to ANYONE!

Best Medical Spa in the Orleans area. They have SO MANY services. They make you feel extremely welcomed (they take your coat, sit you down, and even offer you a drink the moment you walk in). I also found they really KNOW their stuff - they explain treatments in depth but they make it so easy to understand... Highly Recommend!

Not much of a fan for this place, i felt they were very much about the money. I attempted a freckle removal and its still there but still paid for it. its a 50/50 thing you dont know if it will turn out great but you still have to pay.

when I went there for a pedicure I was welcomed like a queen , I loved everything about the place , the environment I was planning to go there on a regular basis but the actual work was a total disappointment , I feel bad to say that because she was so kind and lovely , it was terrible . Im very disappointed
